The Watcher has deemed the Spire isn’t the only thing that needs observing, so they’ve come to Youtooz to see exactly what’s going on! Sitting cross-legged as she levitates above the tails of her robe at 4.2 inches tall, her hands are pressed together at the front as she channels energy for the next attack. With a staff strapped to her back with a bow, her long hair sweeps to the side to fall over a masked face and is pulled into a bun at the back of her head as she wears a purple robe with a light trim.
