He wears a brown belt with the medallion at his waist and bright orange mask with matching arm and leg straps that just pop from the lime green of his body. The exterior of his packaging shows him not quite hanging 4 as he rides a surfboard down gnarly wave of murky sewer water. While the interior is a vibrant orange background showcasing a vector collage of the turtles and their enemies. This pattern then continues over to the protective sleeve in a vivid lime green.
