The Collector's Edition of this statue has two (2) light-up LED modes (Static and Animated) in the base. When activated, the Sheikah Eye symbol will glow a brilliant blue: steadily on in Static mode and pulsating in Animated mode. Aku Aku is the deuteragonist of the Crash Bandicootââ€Å¾Â¢ franchise. He serves as the Bandicoot family's guardian and mentor as they set out on a quest to foil Doctor Neo Cortex's devious schemes. The levitating mask is possessed by the spirit of a witch doctor. He used to fend off evil when he was still amongst the living, hence his voluntary willingness to help Crash and his friends throughout their entire journey. 

In the game, Aku Aku has the ability to grant players second-chance opportunities and temporary invulnerability depending on the number of Aku Aku masks looted. Players will see Aku Aku by their side with all his splendid colors with one power-up collected and awards one death immunity before losing a life; Aku Aku turns gold and awards two immunities before losing a life with two power-ups collected; and lastly, Aku Aku is worn by the character and grants temporary but complete damage invulnerability with three power-ups collected.

The concept for this statue is inspired by official Darksiders II artworks, where on the majority of them, Death dons the Necromancer armor set. This is a lootable armor set in the game that increases Death's Arcane Abilities. The weapon he's wielding is his signature dual scythes, which is his starting weapon, and the base design is of the Kingdom of the Dead, which is one of the major overworlds in Darksiders II.Another thing to note is the Amulet shards on his chest. The Amulet is a trinket that contains the souls of his Nephilim brethren he slew, and the Crowfather is the keeper of this Amulet. After Death's encounter with the Crowfather early into the game, the Amulet shatters and its fragments dig deep into Death's chest, forever serving as a reminder of the sin he committed against his kind.
