Pre-Order Cancellations

Gamersheek pride ourselves on our flexible cancellation policy, our policy is designed to give you as much opportunity to cancel items before they ship.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Most pre-orders can be cancelled at any time before payment has been processed. Payments for pre-orders are processed when the item ships from our suppliers/manufacturers.

To cancel a pre-order please click on the link above with your order number and we will get this processed.

**Please note that for manufacturers such as Prime 1 Studios, we are subject to a 30% cancellation fee if we cancel products with them, therefore if a Pre-Order that contains any items from Prime 1, will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee.**

Shipments

When orders are marked as picking we have began the process of fulfilling your order. Once this happens items can no longer be cancelled, however these can be returned in line with our Returns Policy.

Cancellation due to non-payment:

Payment for all items must be received within 5 days of when the payment links are received. If payment has not been received within 5 days, orders will be cancelled unless you reach out to Customer Services and request a payment extention.
