We source our items from official distribution networks, direct from manufacturers and we do not tolerate any counterfeit products!

Before you order

Availability & Pricing

Items that are marked with an ADD TO BAG button are available and will usually ship within 24 hours, please note that there may be delays to shipping orders, you can keep up to date with our service status here.

Our pricing system for our Good Smile products are based on the daily exchange rate of the Japanese Yen, price fluctuations can occur. We cannot offer compensation for price drops of in-stock items, however we have a Pre-Order Price Guarantee, if the price drops between your order and the release, you will pay the lower price, and price drops will result in a credit being placed onto your account for the value.

International shipping fees are based on volumetric weight information provided to us by manufacturers and suppliers, which in some rare cases can be incorrect, if this does happen please note that you will be contacted via email on the email address used for your order in regards to the difference in shipping fees.

In some circumstances, items can be shown as in stock and available, when in fact they are sold out. If this happens you will be contacted directly and offered a full refund if payment has been taken. 

Pre-Ordering at Gamersheek

Items that are marked with a PRE-ORDER NOW button are items that are not yet released by the respective manufacturers or video game publishers.

Pre-orders can be paid at the point of order with PayPal, or paid when the item arrives into our warehouse when paid for using Credit or Debit Card, for Good Smile products this can be around 3 weeks prior to the release date, for video games, this is usually 1-2 days prior to the release date.

If you pay using credit or debit card, a nominal value (less that £1) will be charged to the card to authenticate and pre-authorise the transaction, this amount will be refunded straight away although this can take around 3-5 days to be credited back to your account.

Pre-Orders paid with credit or debit card, will remain as "Pending Payment" until the card transaction has been successfully pre-authorised, please note that this can take anything up to 5 working days from your order being placed.

Release dates are subject to short notice changes, the product page will normally be up to date, however with short notice alterations delayed amendments are possible, whilst it may not be possible to always keep each individual customer updated, we have a page where we will update all our Good Smile Company products release dates on a weekly basis, we will also provide transparency on what items are coming in, when the shipments are due to arrive, when they arrive etc, this is to provide as much information to you, the customer as possible, you can find this page here

Some items may be have pre-order bonuses, information regarding these bonuses or quantity allocations are based on information provided by the manufacturer or publisher, where items are on strict allocations they will be provided on a first come, first served basis as long as stock is available.

Gamersheek aim to ship pre-orders within 3 days of the delivery date or release date, whichever comes first.

Orders

Splitting Orders

When you place an order for in stock items with pre-orders or pre-orders with multiple release dates, please select SHIP WHEN AVAILABLE at the checkout (see here), this will create your order in our system with multiple individual orders rather than 1 singular order, which will be fulfilled when the final item is in stock, which could be months after your first item arrives. If after you have placed your order you notice that the order has not split correctly please email - support@gamersheek.co.uk with your order number and we can assist.

Address Changes

The billing and delivery addresses linked with your account can be updated via your account page - click here

If you need to update the shipping address of a current open order, you will need to contact us at support@gamersheek.co.uk.

Please ensure that you double check the shipping address before placing any orders. The address cannot be changed after an order has been shipped.

Delivery Issues

Undelivered / Late Orders

Please always contact us first if there is any issues with your order. No matter how small we will always work to resolve any issues.

If a shipment could not be delivered because of:

1) Wrong Address
2) Not being claimed by recipient
3) Refused by addressee

Gamersheek will charge a flat rate fee of £5 for any UK orders, for any international orders, Gamersheek will charge the shipping fee again.

If you no longer wish for the item to be resent Gamersheek will deduct a flat rate fee of £5 for UK orders or the international shipping fee paid from any refunds.

Lost Shipments

When your order ships you will receive an email to the email address attached to your order, this email will contain a tracking number and will also advise what courier was used to dispatch your order.

We use the following couriers and services:

UK ORDERS

Royal Mail - Tracked 24, and RM 24
DPD - DPD Next Day

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

DPD - European Road
DHL - Worldwide Express
DHL - Global Mail.

If after 7 working days a UK Parcel has not been delivered please contact us at - support@gamersheek.co.uk

If a package appears to have been lost we will launch an investigation with the courier to try and locate it.

Please note that any investigation can take anything up to 14 days.

Compensation or replacement items cannot be offered until the investigation reaches it's conclusion.

If a parcel has been deemed lost, Gamersheek will offer a replacement, or a full refund.

International Orders

International Shipping Costs & Delivery Timeframes

We offer fully tracked shipping methods for all international orders - Standard Tracked & Economy Tracked.

Our shipping costs start at £9.95 and go to £24.95 depending on location and volumetric weights.

We are unable to ship larger statues outside of certain areas, this is due to volumetric weight, if you are trying to purchase an item and at checkout you are advised that there are no couriers for your product, please email us at support@gamersheek.co.uk and we can try to sort out a shipping rate for you.

For all international orders Gamersheek do not charge VAT or Tax, when you reach the checkout the based on your location the basket will show the prices ex 20% VAT.

Gamersheek will not be held responsible for any additional import charges or taxes incurred by the customer for international orders, any international orders returned for unpaid duties, will be subject to a refund minus the shipping fees.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelling Pre-Orders

Gamersheek believe that you should not be punished for cancelling your order.

You can cancel your order right up until the day the order ships without paying any "restocking fees" or cancellation fees.

Gamersheek will never charge you for cancelling an order, nor will your account be "blacklisted", however if the cancellation rate outweighs the completed order rate, we may ask you for a non-refundable deposit, however this will be done on a case by case basis.

Cancelling In-Stock Orders

For any orders that are in-stock, you can cancel up until the order has been dispatched, however please note that orders are dispatched at various times during the day, so cancellations requests may not be processed in time.

If your cancellation request comes in after your order is dispatched, you will be able to return the item to us for a full refund, you will be 100% liable for any additional charges incurred by returning the item to us, you can return the item for free to our Glasgow branch if this option is easier for yourself.

Returns Policy

Returning an unwanted item.

All returns must be approved by our support staff.

Please contact support@gamersheek.co.uk if you wish to return your order, or start the returns process via your order history in your account page.

All approved returns must be returned to us within 14 days of the approval.

Returns need to meet the following conditions to be approved:

1) All items must be complete, undamaged and returned in the same condition that it was sent.
2) All items must be returned in a saleable condition
3) New Items must be returned factory sealed and unopened.
4) All items have to be in their original packaging.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that safe and undamaged return of any returned item(s).

Refunds will be paid out within 3 working days of the arrival of the returned item(s)

Returning a faulty item!

Gamersheek offer an industry leading unrivalled returns policy that is suited to collectors, like ourselves we know that some items are going to be displayed in their box and never be opened so to us the box is just as important as the actual figurines or content, that is why we offer an exchange policy on not just our figurines.

If you receive an item that the box is damaged, please reach out to us via email or via our contact page with images of the damage, and if we agree that the damage is severe enough we will do our best to replace the faulty item with a new one, if we do not have a replacement available, we will offer you a full refund or some credit on your account as an apology.

As all our orders are sent insured we will take any damages up with the courier, so please include any damage to the packaging when you are contacting us, please do not contact the couriers directly as they will only ask you to contact ourselves and that will cause delays to getting your issues rectified.
