Gamersheek continue to trade online and in our Glasgow store during the current nationwide restrictions.
Please note that due to an increased order volume, this may lead to a delay on dispatching of items by approximately 3-4 days, although we will continue to try and get all orders out on time!
We are also experiencing a high volume of customer service emails, please note that it may take around 3-4 working days for a response.
Our Glasgow branch is ran independently from the website, this means that the staff will not be able to help you with any website orders.

All merchandise orders are shipped by Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD Next Day Service, both couriers continue to deliver during these testing times, however increased demand and a reduced capacity does mean that there may be delays, so please bare this in mind if ordering for specific occasions.
International Shipments using Deutsche Post may experience further delays this is due to local postal services at maximum capacity or local restrictions causing a backlog of deliveries.

Missed Delivery / Redelivery / Collections
If a mobile number has been provided we will provide this number to the courier, this should then give you a delivery window so you can try to be present for the delivery.
In the event of a missed delivery, both Royal Mail & DPD should leave a calling card (albeit not always) advising of the missed delivery, you can rearrange your delivery with the respective couriers here:

You may be able to collect your parcel from Royal Mail depots although during the current restrictions this may not be possible.
DPD will also allow you to rearrange your delivery with DPD to a time that suits you, or even arrange to collect it from a DPD Pick Up Point, please note that ID will be required to collect parcels from the Pick-Up Point.
