Pre-Orders are an integral part of Gamersheek, we want to allow you a way of securing the most popular figures before they sell out!
Gamersheek offer an industry leading Pre-Order campaign on all our products (especially Good Smile for whom we are a leading European Good Smile Partner Shop) in order to ensure that you do not miss out on getting your figure, video game or anything else!
Release Dates & Delays
Gamersheek are provided the relevant information from suppliers and manufacturers, however release dates are only an estimate of when we expect to receive our stock. These dates are accurate at time of the products being listed on our website. However, Gamersheek reserve the right to adjust pre-order release/expected in-stock dates not limited to delays caused by the following: release date adjustment by the manufacturer/supplier, early or late delivery of stock, force majeure, due to the volume of pre-orders and items listed on our site (over 7000 items) we may not be able to email all customers about any potential delays, please keep an eye on our Facebook, Instagram, Twitter for the latest information.
All release dates are estimates. Products may arrive earlier or later than expected and customers will be invoiced when the stock ships from our suppliers, which can be anything up to 3 weeks prior to the release date.
Due to the volume of stock that arrives in our warehouse it can take 24/48 hours for our warehouse team to start to dispatch the orders, please bare this in mind when contacting us to ask where an order is.
For Good Smile Company products, Gamersheek offer a discount for customers who pre-order with us during the Good Smile Company pre-order window, this is a different solution to other retailers who offer a pre-order discount if you pay in full at the time of checkout.
Whilst some customers may prefer to pay in full at the time of checkout, Gamersheek offer the same great price if you pay at checkout using PayPal or use your credit or debit card and pay at the point of release.
Gamersheek offer you the option to order anything you want in a single basket rather than having to place orders for items that are in stock and then a separate order for items that are for pre-order.
All you have to do is when you get to checkout is to click on the button saying - DISPATCH ITEMS TOGETHER or DISPTACH ITEMS AS THEY BECOME AVAILABLE as shown below:
This will allow the system to correctly batch together pre-orders that have similar release dates and also splits items that are in stock ready for dispatch.
If you do not select the DISPATCH ITEMS AS THEY BECOME AVAILABLE option, the system will not split these down and the orders will not be picked up by our warehouse until all items are in stock ready to be dispatched.
If you have placed an order and not selected dispatch as they become available, and would like to change this please contact us via email with your order number as the subject line, please note that when we split the order on the warehouse software, it will show your entire order as complete as we cannot split the order on the site as this duplicates orders on the warehouse system, you will still get the rest of your order as and when they arrive however it will look as if your order has been completed, we are trying to work out a fix for the duplicate orders on the warehouse system.
If you are an international customer please note that if you select DISPATCH ITEMS AS THEY BECOME AVAILABLE this will create multiple orders and also charge shipping per order.
Paying for a Pre-Order Early
If you wish to pay for your pre-order early please contact us using the contact form linked below or email us with order number(s) in the subject line followed by Pay In Full Now. Our customer support team will then either charge the card used to pre-order or send a PayPal invoice, this will then change the status of your order from Pre-Order to Payment Received, this then creates the order for our warehouse so once the stock arrives the warehouse can process your order and dispatch it as fast as possible.
This is where Gamersheek offers a service that is unrivalled in the UK, we have checked with 3 of the other Official Good Smile Partner Shops in the UK, who all charge a "re-stocking fee" this ranges from 3.5% to 10% (based on the retailers that we have checked!) Gamersheek will NEVER charge you a restocking fee for cancelling a pre-order! Gamersheek understand that life happens and sometimes you no longer want the figure, or the reviews online make the game sound like something you won't like, why should you be punished for this, well you won't at Gamersheek!
