My Order is marked as “Payment Pending”. What does this mean?
For in-stock orders that have the status "Pending Payment" have been taken through the Gamersheek checkout and had a credit or debit card used as the method of payment, this will change once we have started to process your order, if your order has been placed during our office hours, this can take up to 1 hour, if you have placed the order when we are closed your payment will be processed the next morning.
Pre-Orders that have the status "Pending Payment" have been taken through the Gamersheek checkout and had a credit or debit card used as the method of payment. The status will stay at "Pending Payment" until our card provider pre-authorises your card, this is usually for a random value up to the max value of £1, this will be automatically refunded to you. This process will allow us to charge your payment method when your product is released. Once the pre-authorisation has taken place your order status will change to "Pre-Order" (Please Note: This may take up to 3 days depending on SagePay processing times).
How long will it take to dispatch my order?
Gamersheek try to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm on the same working day, if not your order should be dispatched the next working day.
Please note that during the pandemic, there may be delays of around an additional 3-4 working days for orders to be dispatched.
Gamersheek reserves the right to cancel orders & pre-orders where necessary for any reason including, but not limited to, stock restrictions and stock amendments (i.e. Stock Errors).
Can I change the delivery address of my order?
Please note that due to the speed in which we aim to dispatch "in-stock" orders we may not always be able to change the delivery details on these orders.

In the email please include your old address as verification and your new address, we may sometimes ask for photographic proof of your new address in the form of a utility bill or photographic drivers licence, this is just to protect both you as our customer and ourselves from anyone trying to change orders fraudulently.
If your new address is also to be used as the new billing address please advise us of this and we will update all records on your account, you can manually change the invoice address on the account yourself but please be aware that this will not change any orders delivery addresses, this has to be done by a member of the Gamersheek team.
If you are a new customer to Gamersheek you will get an automatic discount of 5% from your first order.
All discount codes must be applied at the basket or during checkout. We are unable to apply discount codes to orders retrospectively.
Some discount codes are valid only on in-stock products. These codes will not work if an order contains any pre-order products. If you are unable to use a discount code please reach out to us here and we will help resolve the issue.
