After receiving my item I have changed my mind, can I return it?
In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you can change your mind up to 14 days after receiving your item, if you have changed your mind and you would like to start a returns process, please follow the below guidelines:
Please log in to your account, and view your order, you can use the Return Item button the on order page, or you can e-mail, detailing the reasons for the return. An Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number for return will typically be issued within 2 working days, you will then have a maximum of 14 days to return the item to ourselves.
If the reason for returning an item is "an unwanted item" the cost of returning the item will be down to the customer, we can provide a returns label if required however the cost of the return will be deducted from the refund.
Where an item is faulty, Gamersheek will cover the cost of the return postage via a pre-paid label. if a customer returns the item themselves without the Gamersheek returns label, Gamersheek will require a copy of the receipt in order for us to refund the additional costs, please note that Gamersheek will only refund up to a maximum of £6 for a customer return, as a pre-paid label from Gamersheek is worth this value.
For faulty items, Gamersheek will offer you a replacement (stock levels permitting). If a replacement is not available, customers can choose to receive a full refund.
Please note that for all returns, customers are responsible for returning items to ourselves, in their original packaging.
If an unwanted item is returned missing its original packaging and/or in a non-resalable state, Gamersheek reserve the rights to refuse a refund or offer a partial refund.
Gamersheek are unable to accept any returns when the goods have been damaged by the customer this includes accidental damage, mishandling of goods or damage sustained through normal use or aging.
For any items classed as clothing or apparel we will not accept any returns if they have any visible signs of wear, stains or any other blemishes on them. Clothing or apparel must be returned in the state it was received and in it's original packaging please do not remove any tags on the clothing until you are sure it fits.
For any clothing or apparel items that are the incorrect size, please start a return on the product and return the item to ourselves once we receive the incorrect item back we will then dispatch the correct size, again the return cost of the incorrect size will be down to the customer.
I have received my order and it has damaged packaging/ a defective item, what can I do?
Gamersheek offer an industry leading unrivalled returns policy that is suited to collectors, like ourselves we know that some items are going to be displayed in their box and never be opened so to us the box is just as important as the actual figurines or content, that is why we offer an exchange policy on not just our figurines.
If you receive an item that the box is damaged, please reach out to us via email or via our contact page with images of the damage, and if we agree that the damage is severe enough we will do our best to replace the faulty item with a new one, if we do not have a replacement available, we will offer you a full refund or some credit on your account as an apology.
As all our orders are sent insured we will take any damages up with the courier, so please include any damage to the packaging when you are contacting us, please do not contact the couriers directly as they will only ask you to contact ourselves and that will cause delays to getting your issues rectified.
